Job Summary:
Vamonos Vans is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Office Assistant. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and will assist in a wide variety of administrative and operations based tasks. We are looking for someone who is eager to dive head first into startup culture and be excited to grow and develop the company along with themselves. Self Starters are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to company managers and leadership by assisting with administrative and daily tasks.
Assist in managing and organizing company records, documents, and files.
Help maintain a well-functioning and efficient office environment by handling various administrative duties.
Perform general office tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Conduct research and compile data to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Assist in managing social media accounts and maintaining an online presence for the company.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Must have a reliable computer with internet access to work remotely.
Must be located in San Diego, California

Job Type: Contract
Salary: $20-$40 an hour depending on experience
Schedule: Project based, with ability to become fulltime
