Our builds take anywhere from 4-10 weeks on average, depending on the options you choose and material/component availability. We have a ton of options for you to choose from for your build to truly make it your own! The look and feel of our vans are truly each unique like a fingerprint. Each customer gets to choose every aspect about their build including flooring, wall cladding, upholstery material and colors, cabinet material/colors/finish, Door+drawer hardware, appliances, lighting, electrical + plumbing systems. We also have a number of other fun options and accessories for you to choose from like heaters/air conditioners, roof fans, and entertainment systems.
Our layouts are predetermined by our in-house design team. Compared to fully custom camper builds, we pre-determine our floorplans for a few reasons. The main reason is to maximized space utilization AND cost efficiency. Super complex swiss army style builds are very interesting to watch on social media, but they are painstaking to design and build, often costing more than is worth. We’ve be living and traveling in vans with over a half a decade experience and have learned what makes sense for the majority of vanners. We promise, our vans have everything you need to have a GREAT time on the road, and more, at the best value possible.

Well yes, that’s part of the problem. Wood is an older technology. And while it does the job, in 2022 we have much better materials and machines to produce a higher quality product. Aluminum has a lot of advantages over wood, with few disadvantages. We are challenging the status quo, and pushing innovation with our all aluminum cabinets in an effort to provide more value and longer lasting products. Aluminum is essentially impervious to the elements, something campervans see a lot of. It cannot rot, or rust. and its structural integrity doesn’t weaken over time. It’s strength to weight ratio is much higher than wood, while remaining soft enough to cut with most conventional wood working tools. Many builders will use traditional 3/4 balitc birch plywood and completely ignore the weight of their builds + gear, causing premature wear and tear on major vehicle components like transmission, cooling, and driveline components, which can lead to major repairs like transmissions at early age. We’ve also heard of fuel mileage being as bad as 4MPGs. YIKES! The RV industry has historically combated weight issues by using lower grade and thinner plywoods, which means you can Kool-Aid Man through your cabinets at any time, BY ACCIDENT! Not to mention, they age terribly.
In short, our aluminum cabinets are lighter and stronger than these two traditional styles of construction, therefore providing our customers with a longer lasting and more valuable camper, insuring many many more years of enjoyment.

Not noisy at all! It is true that all-metal cabinetry can make lots of noise, mostly rattling which is caused by different pieces of metal vibrating against eachother from all the bumps in the road. However, our cabinetry has no loose metal-on-metal contact points to make such a racket! We’re able to do this in a few ways. The first, is by powder coating cabinetry. The powder coat does have some thickness to it, and will fill small gaps between the different pieces, making vibration much less possible. If a customer requires, we can also line the inside of cabinets with truck-bed liner, or automotive upholstery to further insulate against noise. The second way we’re able to achieve near silent aluminum cabinetry is by securing the cabinets to eachother, and in multiple points to the body of the van, again further reducing the opportunities for metal-on-metal vibrations.
